Module 1 contains quite a bit of information and some new techniques to start you forming good practice habits and routines. These are the basis of many of the later techniques, so I have split this into 2 parts to prevent information overload. Remember, it is better to establish these new habits gradually, rather than try and do everything at once - which can often lead to frustration and failure to establish the new routine. So, take your time to go through Module 1A and establish the habits for a week or so before starting Module 1B
